Family Therapy

Family dynamics change overtime. It can be hard to be in conflict in the place we call home. It starts with gratitude for who you are and has been. Utilize individual therapy to move through past trauma, understand how you can better show up, ease anxiety, or have accountability. Adrienne Michelle uses a Person-Centered lense that is rooted in Black Feminist healing and Queer affirming support.
